Dunkin' Donuts Indianapolis Indiana

Project Description:
This is a new Dunkin Donuts that took over a space in the heart of downtown Indianapolis that was once a Panda Express. The intention was to create a retro style Dunkin Donuts that uses an even balance of the company's old design criteria, new design criteria, and our firm's own design influence. What resulted is a building that gives residents and employees of downtown Indianapolis a blast from the past.

Service Provided to the Client:
JSA was able to select modern materials and themes that reflects the retro style Dunkin Donuts. While creating this retro feeling store, we also removed an abandoned space from the downtown area.

Unique Design Solutions:
We created a unique and functional restaurant in an urban setting. Acting on the client's behalf, we worked with the city to allow the existing pylon sign on the roof of the building to be repainted and refaced with a new retro Dunkin Donuts logo.
